Yes, we do provide the accommodation for the registered attendees. If you wish to avail the accommodation, select the package which suits your schedule or drop a mail to us to customize your stay. We would be glad to help you.
Entry to the conference is restricted only to the registered attendees. However you can register for the accompanying person as an add-on who will have access to all the sessions at the conference and lunch during the conference dates.
We do understand that under certain circumstances, attendees would not be able to make it to the conference. In such situation you can always transfer your registration to any other attendees. However, if this is not the best option for you, you can drop a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and request for refund of your registration. For more details on the refund charges, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
We wish we could, but we are a private entity which is not backed financially by any govt. Body. This makes it difficult to provide travel grants.
You will be provided with the final program of the event 2 weeks prior to the conference which will have all the details regarding the date and time slot of each talk. However, please do note that the program slots are subjected to changes and you will be notified about the same prior to the event.
There is no specific dress code for the conference; however, business casual is generally appropriate. We leave it for the individual to decide.
We try to ensure that there are no last minute hassle, but sometimes they are unavoidable. In such cases the organizers will contact you soon and inform about the changes.
Conference halls will be equipped with the laptops and speakers can use the same for presentation. In case if you wish to carry your system for compatibility issues, we suggest you to carry the necessary convertibles to avoid problems.

If the registrant is not able to attend, or doesn’t want the transfer of registration to another person, then below mention refund criteria will apply
• Before 60 days: 20%+transaction fees will be deducted
• Before 30 days: 50%+transaction fees will be deducted
• 0-30 days: Since all the bookings would be done by this time, no refunds shall be done
Transferred registration cannot be refunded. Ensure that the transfer can be done only after acceptance from the organization.
Though we ensure that no events are cancelled, it becomes inevitable in many situations. In such cases, we ensure that the complete refund is made to the registered person. However, no compensation shall be done in terms of travel and accommodation expenses (if booked from your side).
We never plan to reschedule the event intentionally, if some unavoidable issue come up we will have to. Not to worry we will keep you posted. Such cases we will be refunding the registration if you are unable to join us on the new dates.
Hotels (Accommodation Provider) have their own policies; we will update you with accommodation letter (if you book from our end) with all the policies; and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Participants are responsible for their belongings at the venue. Organizers will not be held responsible for any belongings stolen or missing items of the participants.
The registration fee will not be including any kind of insurance.
Make a note that all transportation charges and parking fee is the sole responsibility of the registrant.
